h888 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

By accessing the h888 website at h888.cash, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or claiming any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all users of the h888 platform regardless of how they access it – via mobile browser, desktop browser or any other means.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use h888. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. h888 recommends bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you, the registered account holder, and h888 (referred to throughout this document as "h888", "we", "us" or "the platform"). For Pakistani players, all transactions and balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms should be read alongside h888's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of the platform.

To register and use h888, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. h888 conducts age verification checks as part of the KYC process and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of another person or as a legal entity.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan and a valid mobile number or email address.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order active on your h888 account or any other gaming platform where cross-platform exclusions are recognised.
• You must not have had a previous h888 account closed for misconduct, fraud or Terms and Conditions violations.

h888 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance or pending winnings at the time of closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold one h888 account only. Operating multiple accounts – whether using different names, different payment methods or different device identifiers – is prohibited. h888 uses technical methods to identify duplicate accounts and will close all accounts found to be duplicates, voiding any bonuses and withholding any balances pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your h888 login credentials. This includes choosing a strong password, not sharing your login details with anyone, logging out from shared devices and ensuring your registered email and phone number are secure. h888 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to protect your credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact h888 support immediately via live chat or email. h888 will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend your account during the investigation period.

h888 may, at its sole discretion, close or suspend an account, withhold funds pending investigation, or void bets and bonuses where there is reasonable evidence of:

• Fraudulent activity or use of stolen payment details
• Deliberate exploitation of software errors or bonus system weaknesses
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes
• Provision of false registration information
• Abuse of the h888 support team or other members
• Any activity that h888 reasonably considers to constitute a violation of these Terms

All deposits on h888 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 500. h888 supports the following deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits via mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are credited to your h888 balance instantly in the overwhelming majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to appear depending on your bank's processing schedule. Card deposits typically process within a few minutes.

You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts – including a family member's Easypaisa wallet – are not permitted. Where a third-party deposit is identified, h888 reserves the right to freeze the associated balance pending verification.

h888 does not charge fees on deposits from our end. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges – please check with your provider before initiating a deposit. h888 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment services.

The minimum withdrawal from h888 is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. h888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods that were not used to fund your account.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your h888 account must complete the KYC verification process. This requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC or passport) and confirmation of ownership of your payment method. Verification is a one-time process for standard accounts. h888 processes verified withdrawal requests on the same business day for requests received before 5pm PKT.

h888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests or where account activity triggers AML review criteria. In such cases, h888 may request additional documentation and processing may take up to 5 business days. h888 will communicate any delay and its reason to the affected member promptly.

Withdrawal requests where active bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met will be queued until the wagering requirement is complete. Alternatively, you may choose to forfeit the active bonus, in which case the bonus balance is removed and the real money balance becomes withdrawable immediately.

All h888 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to their individual terms, which are published on the h888 Promotions page. The following general rules apply to all h888 promotions unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are only available to registered, verified h888 accounts. Bonuses are not transferable between accounts.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per person, per household and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Welcome bonuses are only available to first-time depositing members. Existing members are not eligible for the welcome bonus under any circumstances, including closing and re-registering an account.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirement multiples are calculated on the bonus amount, not on the total balance.
• All games contribute to wagering requirements at 100% unless the specific promotion's terms state reduced contribution rates for certain game types.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in their individual terms. Expired bonuses are removed from your balance automatically.
• h888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled while members have active bonus balances, h888 will honour reasonable outstanding wagering requirements or provide a fair alternative.

Any attempt to abuse h888's promotional system – including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering designed to convert bonus funds without genuine gameplay risk, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, or pattern betting that circumvents wagering requirements – will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. h888 uses automated and manual review processes to identify promotional abuse.

All games available on h888 – including live baccarat, roulette, Andar Bahar, fishing games, PSL betting and all other offerings – are governed by the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before wagering.

All bets placed on h888 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be changed, cancelled or reversed after confirmation unless h888 identifies a technical error that affected the outcome. In the case of a genuine technical error affecting a game round, h888 will void the affected bet and return stakes to members' balances.

For PSL betting and other sports markets, h888 reserves the right to void bets where a match is abandoned, postponed for more than 12 hours, or where the result is subject to an official investigation that overturns the original outcome. In such cases, stakes are returned to the relevant accounts.

h888's decisions regarding bet settlement, game outcomes and technical disputes are final. Where you believe a settlement error has occurred, you must raise the dispute within 7 days of the bet settlement date by contacting h888 support with the relevant bet reference number. Disputes raised after this period will not be investigated.

• Using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to make deposits
• Registering multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses or abuse any other promotion
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical or electronic aids to assist gameplay or gain an unfair advantage
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors or technical malfunctions to generate winnings that would not be possible under normal platform operation
• Colluding with other players – including through side agreements, chip dumping in poker formats, or coordinated betting patterns – to manipulate outcomes or share winnings from artificially arranged results
• Impersonating another person or creating an account using another person's identity documents
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or discriminatory communication toward h888 staff or other members via any support or chat channel

h888 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party payment provider outages and telecommunications failures may affect access or delay transactions.

h888 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of enjoyment, or indirect or consequential losses arising from:

• Platform downtime or technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control
• Delayed deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Your failure to read or understand game rules before wagering
• Your failure to protect your account credentials
• Incorrect information provided during registration or the KYC process

h888's total liability to any member in connection with any dispute arising from these Terms shall not exceed the value of the member's account balance at the time the dispute is raised. This limitation does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
